Anyone know how to get rid of - Engine(.)phn.doublepimp(.)com - It keeps dropping cookies in my browser

I have used supermalwarebytes - gets rid of cookies but they come back , ADWcleaner doesn't find it

followed advice on serveral sites, but they just returns
