hi mate i know but in that page, avast say diffrent words
avast should delete those words or do it in avast product!
cuz there dont talk about safe or dangerous files(Files inside the Virus Chest) and talking about all kind of files(safe and dangerous)
sorry for my bad eng
This is confusion on your part, avast is talking about files 'moved' to the chest as a result of a detection and not 'added' to the chest by the user.
Files in the chest regardless of how they got there are:
1. encrypted.
2. renamed.
from outside of the virus chest you can't see the file name of the original file and couldn't run it even if you guessed as it is protected and encrypted. Also because it doesn't have a file type in the file in the chest windows would ask what program should open it. If you happened to guess correctly you would then have to get past the encryption.
You have to deal with the file outside of the chest when you add a copy to the chest, avast doesn't do anything with that.
ok u are right
how i can add a original file to virus chest not a copy of that file?
there is no way
The simple answer is you can't avast only moves files that it has detected as malware to the virus chest.
Looking at no end of FAQs won't change that, they may well be poorly worded, we are telling you what actually happens. The key word in all of this is ADD where in detections from shields, etc. it would be Moved to chest, etc.
At the moment the avast chest is pretty messed up with lots of the actions not working or not working as expected. Try scanning a file in the chest and you don't get any result.
