Avast blocks correct work of Radiant and Osirix (dicom files viwers)

Hallo
I have problem with correct work of Radiant. After starting radiant with CD program suspend. It necessary to restart computer. Then works till new CD is inserted. After remowing Avast problem has gone. Avast blocks also some video files (from my handycam)
How can I fixed this problem?
