The new forum theme

For me, It's OK

It must be because of the sun glasses you are wearing.

I missed out on this topic as it happened at the start of my two weeks with no internet.

But when I got my internet back, I went looking at my profile settings to see if there wasn't the old theme available. This one it too damn fierce.

I prefer darker backgrounds.

I prefer darker backgrounds also, the Strong orange bands against the extremely bright background of the forum gives me sore eyes after an hour or so here

For many dark backgrounds with light (white) text is not great for contrast or sharpness.

Complementary colors (e.g. black/white) are great for contrast, but not for readability.

But people should first make sure the settings on their monitor/tv are as they should be.
Almost no monitor comes with the correct settings when it comes to brightness/contrast etc.
