pc slow

hello

my pc is very slow from few days.whenever i try to open anything in pc i.e software or control panel or anything inside control panel then it opens very much.

i tried to scan with malwarebytes,avast and also scanned with awcleaner but nothing detected.

why my pc slow? is it bcoz i use ccleaner?

please help to make my pc fast.
LAPTOP: LENOVO G50, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HARD DISK, AVAST PREMIUM SECURITY 2020, WINDOWS 8.1

The simple answer would be to get rid of unnecessary programs then shut down as many other programs as possible that aren't required to run.

Is the system working fine in safe mode ?
If not, it is very likely a hardware problem.
Could be bad/dying hardware or a temperature problem.

i tried safe mode.it runs fine in safe mode.the system restarts fast in safe mode but slow in normal mode.

this is file u needed to see.please see attached file
