Problems with Anti Theft

I want to install Anti Theft and I have done all,  what I can.  Looking for that option in all sitting at my phone for all night.
I have stopped at write_settings. I open app and appear - Screenshot 1, then tap on third option and appear second screenshot , then I push "Go to  sittings" and appeared  suddenly previously attached image.  How I can currently install this app?
I have tried a lot of apps which changes permission  but they can't add it,  only switch on or off.
Then I install Xposed but unfortunately   it's too difficult to me(
Meizu pro 6
Android 6.0
Flyme 5.2.0.0G
And I have root
P.S. All another sittings I found.

You almost understand my problem.
I have stopped at "Allow Permissions" 11 step.
When I choose "Go to sittings" appear window at 1-st step.  An I have a loop.  Window at step 1 and 11. But sittings doesn't open!!!

That is likely the problem.

Not sure, but I think it was Tereza that mentioned it in another thread.
You sometimes need to install something for things to work.

I have already done that.
Some sittings are opened such as device administrators and usage stats BUT write_sittings - NOT (11 step)

Try this:
Open Settings --> Apps --> Application manager --> tap the 3 dots in upper right corner --> Change system settings --> there you can change the settings
