Sandbox not working with Win10 Anniv Update

Anyone having this issue?  Chrome nor IE will run in sandbox after the update to Win10 went through.

Perform a clean installation of the latest avast version and see if it solves the problems.
The Anniversary update is known to screw up installed software.
