Click Show all Files get unreadable text in Notepad window

Using Avast Free when I run Cleanup then click "see more" for the Junk files and click "show all files" a notepad window opens with filename analyzeitems however the text is all gibberish / unreadable. Not in a plain text format for Notepad. Help please.

Hi,
that's unfortunately a "bug", notepad can't show unicode file contents properly. You can try for example Notepad++.
