unable to resolve problems

When I try to resolve problems I always get this message: HTTP header is larger than 8192 bytes. How can I resolve this

Thanks for your reply,
for example it tells me that my IP address is exposed
when I choose: resolve, I get this message:
HTTP header is larger than 8192 bytes.
My PC runs in win 10 enterprise 64-bit

It is trying to sell you a paid version of avast to hide your IP address.

The Resolve button normally offers said paid option, so somewhere in that action something is falling down.

What Avast Version are you using (Avast Free, Avast Premium Security, etc.) ?
Avast paid version have an option to turn off these paid product ads, the Free version doesn't.

No Problem.

Try the Avast UI, Menu > Settings > General > Personal Privacy and uncheck the Offers options and any others you don't want and see if that helps.
