Need help getting logs
« on: October 19, 2016, 10:54:20 PM »
I have a computer that obviously has some kind of virus, however, the user on this computer is not an administrator. Is there anyway to get the logs and fix this computer without an administrator user? Please and thanks for the help.

The avast logs are in the "report" folder.

The machine is a work computer, I might just ask to get authorized to use an administration account but I was just wondering if there was anyway around it. I know that I need Malwarebytes and some other programs to get the logs needed, but the restrictions won't allow the use of those programs

Our tools have to have Administrator level access to fix malware errors.  Since this is a business system, it needs a domain Administrator to fix the errors.  User level access will not allow some files or registry keys to be removed.
