LoL Running Slower Suddenly

A few days ago, League of Legends has started having sudden ping spikes that make me unable to control my champion and slide around. I've tried CCleaner, Uninstalling programs, and reinstalling the game. This has reduced it some but not all. Any tips for what else could be wrong?

My Laptop is a ASUS ROG GL752VW-DH74 Intel i7

Is your issue related to Avast..?
If not, I'd suggest to post in one of the many gaming forums out there.
