Hello everyone. What is this icon notification mean?

Looks like a light bulb to me so maybe something to do with brightness

Seems to be related to light

Do you have backlight keyboard?
Do you find any keys at top with similar icon?

If you hover mouse pointer on it ... any info?
If you right click, any menu that pops up?

It could also be adaptive lighting setting to detect ambient light.

Thank you for the fast answers, this is an Avast icon and has no relation with lighting

By right clicking on appears "Open Avast Secureline", below in grey "Connect" / "Disconnect"
When I click on "Open Avast Secureline" the Avast opens behind and a screen "Loading..." in front and nothing happens

It's the Avast SecureLine icon. As shown it indicated not in use or idle.
when active, this is what you'll see.
Since this is a paid product, I suggest you follow the link posted by Asyn to remove it from you installation.
If you've paid for SecureLine, allow it to work for you whenever you're connected to Open or Public WiFi.
