I've reported this to Avast. Let's see if that gets us a reply and hopefully a resolution. :)

If I'm remove the avast firewall the DPC Latency problem is still exists for me just than lesser extent.

This issue still exists and should have been fixed a lot earlier - it's a paid user feature too.

Can the Avast team give an update?

Any updates on this? I've reverted to the free version over this issue. There's no sense in buying the software if Avast won't fix this issue.
