I paid to Digital River Ireland on sept21 2016 amount €205,6 to renew my license

I recieved a few days ago from "Holland " my license came to an end !!!
I thougd I'd payed for next 3 years !!!
Now a took a free license to stay secured...
Paypal has the prove I've payed !
