Porfile Picture - server not responding

Hello there!
When i try to put a profile picture through id.avast.com it says server not responding and i have tried many times. Why is this? Any special regulations for pics?

Just tested it and it works without a problem for me.

Size 9,23kb.

Thanks, that worked! Too bad there are no rules texts over how large the pictures should be! I would not have this hassle then.

There used to be something about forum avatar sizes being, max size 100X100. But I can't find it now.

As the OP indicated "it says server not responding", it seems to have been a glitch/temporary problem to me.

And a size restriction is to be expected as the image is meant to be a avatar.

Well an avatar (profile image) can be set directly from the forum settings. 

I think trying to do the same thing from the my.avast.com is more likely to complicate things as there is going to be a validation of sorts. Hence the reference to id.avast.com by the OP.

Then I can't see why the id.avast.com comes into effect, as prior to importing a profile image into the my.avast.com account the user would have already logged on and credentials validated against id.avast.com.
