My Avast dashboard reports device status incorrectly

Hi.  I was doing a thorough update and virus check on all my devices and I noticed that on my main PC displaying the My Avast account Dashboard, it reports that Avast anti-virus isn't installed, or that all shields are down even on this PC!  This is totally incorrect as the local Avast installation shows all shields up and the most up to date version information (12.3.2280 - build 12.3.3154.22).  This is the same with my wife's PC too.  I also noticed that the Mobile Security & Antivirus app on my Android devices is not recognized as the Dashboard tells me to download the AV for those devices, and then points me to my Google Play Store account where it confirms that it is indeed installed!

It seems there are a number of issues with the My Avast Dashboard. Please advise.

It is a problem that several people already have reported.
Only ones that can have a look/do something about it are the people from avast.
