open web shield per program

I am using Cisco Spark and I have found the Avast is blocking some of it's functionality. Given that this is a thick client that is using web services I have no way of finding the website that it's trying to contact to be able to add it to the avast list. Is there any way of seeing a list of what's being blocked so that I can add it or disabling this feature for the entire app?

If avast is blocking something, it should show up in the log file(s).

Would you mind to send us your log files in support package? "Help > Avast technical Support > Generate Support Package". Thx!
