Billing.

I had paid for Avast last year and it runs out at the end of November. I've checked my bank account and Avast have taken money out of my account without my permission. I don't want to have it as I can get it for free. How do I get my money back from them? Taking money from people without permission is called theft so to avoid embarrassing exposure for them, I want my money back or else!😬😬😬

If you have auto-renewal enabled, it happened with your permission.
As has been explained a huge amount of times on this webboard already, for billing questions/problems you need to submit a ticket.
