VPN work in a "strange" way
« on: February 07, 2017, 09:57:56 AM »
Hi,

In the last two-three days my vpn connection is not working in the perfect way as always: i'm  not able to connect to internet if i use chrome and firefox (but if i turn off the vpn all is work good) and the vpn-connection disconnect a lot of times. I tried to use different positions in Europe and U.S. but the problem is still the same.

How can i fix this problem? I'm a journalist so i really need my vpn work.
Thanks

From what country are you trying to use it ?

Any other security (related) software installed ? (or was there)
Checked the router to see if a DNS is setup there ?

Hi Eddy, i'm in Italy. I don't have other security software installed except the avast antivirus. Already checked the DNS and all is working good like always

There shouldn't be a problem using it in Italy.
I suggest to submit a ticket and have avast take a look at it.

I had the same problem until some seconds ago. While writing i checked and suddenly . . . all was green  . . . and fine with me.

I hope andreaintonti that VPN SecureLine is working for you in Italy as well as it is working here in Germany.
