Avast against phone tracking?
« on: November 25, 2016, 03:42:21 AM »
There has been multiple attacks along the area of Katipunan Ave. in Quezon City of phone trackers and evil twin wifi networks. We have no confirmation of who really is behind of these attacks but some speculate it is from radical Pro-Duterte supporters in their "Oplan Cyber Tokhang." This came about just days before today's massive protest against the former President Marcos.

Besides enabling two-factor authentication, can avast really protect against them?

100% protection is simply not possible, but avast (and others) are doing whatever they can to protect you.

On a note...
I hope it is just your signature that is outdated and not avast.
