Почему антивирус блокирует компилятор Visual Studio 2015 Community (Win 10 64-bit) с тем, что компилятор и проэкты добавлены в исключения?
Why Anti-Virus blocks the compiler Visual Studio 2015 Community (Win 10 64-bit) if the compiler and projects are added to the exceptions?

It doesn't block it when you set the correct exclusion(s) in the correct place.

Thanks, but it hasn't still work.
I set compiler and projects to the exceptions in the "How to make exclusions from all scans and shields" & "How to make exclusions from the File System Shield" and my compiler doesn't want to work.
