SecureLine technical error

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit & IE 11.

Avast Premier.

SecureLine cannot run due to a technical error!

I have uninstalled & reinstalled - still the same.

The log states -

Mon Nov 28 20:06:27 2016 --- missing file in SecureLine lib directory
Mon Nov 28 20:06:27 2016 --- SecureLine directory or file is missing, 900010
Mon Nov 28 20:06:27 2016 --- ErrorMissingOpenVpnFiles
Mon Nov 28 20:06:27 2016 --- StateError

Any help to get VPN working would be appreciated.
