Cannot import bookmarks file
« on: November 29, 2016, 09:59:45 PM »
I saved bookmarks file before doing a system restore on my Windows 10 laptop. Now when I try to copy the file back into the appropriate folder, it says that I need to provide admin permission (which I have) and I click 'Continue' button but it won't copy the file but offers to try again, which doesn't work.

What am I missing? could really use some help in getting my bookmarks back.

Thanks in advance.

You should have exported the bookmarks and then import them.

Disable the avast self-defense.
See if you paste the file.

If not, login as real admin and try it again.
