Paid for this crap and it dose not even work

I dont have a virus i ran maleware bytes and avast among other things anyway at first avast was fine

when i go to avast shields control it says all shield active and avast itself says im protected but i go to my avast account on chrome and it says

"Anti Virus is installed but currently disabled you can turn it on in the avast settings"

Also says DSN in not installed

I also had to manually install safe zone browser as avast did not install it as its suppose to

anyone got any ideas?

I did a restart and it went back to normal but this has happened before and dont know why hope it dose not happen again all keep you posted

Did you remove any preinstalled av before installing avast ?
What OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?

No pre installed version but like i said i restarted the pc and it seems to be working now

That is not the avast version but the VPS version.

As it is working now, I would say keep an eye on it and let us know if there is a problem.
