We are about to see a new Leader. Chrome will soon be the most used OS worldwide.
Sorry Mac and Linux. Windows did have a long run as the undisputed leader.

I doubt Linux is feeling to "sorrowful" about this chart. Although Chrome OS is not shown on the chart, according to Wikipedia, Chrome OS is based on a Gentoo distribution of Linux. As well, Android which is shown to be intersecting Microsoft, is Linux-based, so shed no tears for Linux.

Windows 10 v 1703 and Screencast-O-Matic Pro quirk
If you're running the above OS and program to do your screen captures,
be aware of the following unresolved problem:
Saving a screenshot to the computer does not work if you have a 'GodMode' Folder set up on your system.
All other screen saver functions work but, if you want to save the screen shot to your computer,
you need to first remove the 'God Mode' folder.
A fix for this quirk is still not available.
