When out on DuckDuckGo I use a nice userscript installed via Tampermonkey in Google Chrome named DuckDuckGo Extended . When you have Tampermonkey for userscripts installed in Google Chrome, you can install that script from here:

For those that dare, enjoy!

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

Many years ago, I used a technique called “Drop My Rights” and digging into my archives,
that technique can still be used today to help keep you safe.
This especially holds true for those that are still using Windows XP.
For more information, please take a look at the following: http://goo.gl/DESJ8g

Once you open this Google Drive Folder, simply follow the instructions outlined in the DropMyRightsInstructions.

Aluminum battery from Stanford offers safe alternative to conventional batteries
https://news.stanford.edu/news/2015/march/aluminum-ion-battery-033115.html

Quote
One example is ultra-fast charging. Smartphone owners know that it can take hours to charge a lithium-ion battery. But the Stanford team reported "unprecedented charging times" of down to one minute with the aluminum prototype.

Durability is another important factor. Aluminum batteries developed at other laboratories usually died after just 100 charge-discharge cycles. But the Stanford battery was able to withstand more than 7,500 cycles without any loss of capacity. "This was the first time an ultra-fast aluminum-ion battery was constructed with stability over thousands of cycles," the authors wrote.

Excessive Disk usage due to WmiPrvSE.exe
And as you can see, I've found a solution.
Open your Services program. The easiest way to find is just click Start, type Services, hit Enter.

Under Services (Local), scroll down until you find the “Windows Management Instrumentation” service and select Restart.

Free Fixer

FreeFixer is a general purpose removal tool which will help you to delete potentially unwanted software,
such as adware, spyware, trojans, viruses and worms. FreeFixer works by scanning a large number of locations
where unwanted software has a known record of appearing or leaving traces.
I would suggest that unless you're an expert, you use this for analysis and leave the removal to an expert.

Bob, did you try Free Fixer and Drive The Life. And if so was it in a VM.  Seems like these are programs that could bork your computer very easy if your not careful.
