http://www.hoverdesk.net/download.php

Doesn't look like the issue is completely resolved, I went to the download link and chose the second option, RegSeeker Portable : From HoverDesk website - just unzip into any folder and avast alerted.

EDIT: I tried one of the other two download links and got the same alert from avast.

I'd be careful using this one, supposedly has a problem with false positives and is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing, Use with caution.

I know exactly what I'm doing, looking after other avast users in confirming or denying that the download is safe or not.  If you look at the attached images you will see it was intercepted before it was even downloaded.

I downloaded it via MajorGeeks
http://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/getmirror/regseeker,1.html
I had no alerts and have run the program. Again, without any warnings from Avast.
Any program capable of making changes to your system should always be used with caution.
It's the type of program that makes certain functions easier provided you know what you're doing.
If you're a novice, hands off.

Yep.

Alert below:
Strange that when I originally downloaded the file, no warnings. Even checked it after the download with the on demand file checker and nothing.
I just did another download and now it's flagged. I've submitted it to the virus lab.

Chrome Will Mute All Sites With Auto-Playing Sound by Default Starting 2018

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/google/chrome-will-mute-all-sites-with-auto-playing-sound-by-default-starting-2018/

Firefox already does that, but they need to go a step further and not just stop the sound, but stop the video clips also on any tab but the active one.
