Another useful program will eventually bite the dust.
Bad news, Classic Shell was a must have on all W8+ systems for me.

You can still continue to use it. It just isn't going to be updated any more.
That shouldn't cause any problems if you're still using Windows 8.1
It could cause a problem with new updates on Windows 10.

What a name NotBot, who would imagine in their wildest dreams that this is purporting to be a security product.

The NoBot team is comprised of a small group of software engineers working hard to create an application with a small footprint that can remove the latest Spyware and Malware threats.

As soon as I saw they are considering accepting bitcoin for payment (although it isn't mandatory) I have consigned it to the digital dustbin.  Really strange they are peddling a product to supposedly block malware and I would class 'bit mining' as exactly that or worse 'hijacking your system and resources.'

EDIT: Typo.

Microsoft Says No More Windows Security Updates Unless AVs Set a Registry Key
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/microsoft-says-no-more-windows-security-updates-unless-avs-set-a-registry-key/

Wonder if there's word from Avast about whether they'll comply.

Protect Your Eyes

<snip>]

I had something like this before and in all honesty it was more hassle than it was worth, screen not as clear.

I'm somewhat baffled by this reduce blue light to help get to sleep easier.  I actually have plug in nite-lights that are Blue rather than white.  I also have a 4W LED Blue lightbulb in my bedroom and I leave that on all night, I feel I get to sleep just fine and have to get up less in the night, go figure :)
