Interestingly enough I have a test Win10 system here with CCleaner installed, it appears Microsoft might be pushing the blocking further than their websites as Controlled Folder Access in Defenders Ransomware blocked two CCleaner actions a couple of days ago which has never happened before.

All backend services of CCleaner are/were disabled including update checks and the program was not even open when the block actions were performed, to much suspicious behaviour from CCleaner and more recently reported damaged systems plus the bundled installer junk are some of the reasons consumers and Microsoft have had enough.

Interesting, whilst MS are doing this, they are effectively blaming someone else 'according to your images' it is "Your Administrator has blocked this action" which would be a lot of balls as you would presumably have Administrator privileges.

Why Microsoft didn't tell the truth and say that 'They' not 'Your' Administrator have blocked this.

I guess it's listed like that due to the system running in Admin mode :-\ it all happened on it's own though with no input from myself.

I personally am quite disappointed and ticked that a program I've used and trusted for years is garnering such negative and concerning attention.

Seems to work pretty well right now (until Google breaks it).

EU Parliament recommends Jabber instead of WhatsApp and checks signal
The EU Parliament has reportedly screened the use of the messenger signal for MPs and is moving away from its WhatsApp recommendation.

Is not it kinda weird?!

We are starting to get away what this topic was designed to cover.
There are topics for security related topics. :)

Firefox to get page translation feature, like Chrome
https://www.zdnet.com/article/firefox-to-get-page-translation-feature-like-chrome/
About time. :)

I currently achieve this via add-on (gtranslate) either translate the whole page or sections of a page.

If I use the translate page, any subsequent links in that page will also be translated if you visit.  So no real hassle for me really as it is.

https://windowsreport.com/microsoft-edge-stable-download/
I installed this tonight, running great and much faster than Edge classic...which I felt was faster than Chrome so it was good to see increased speed againPasswords and Favourites also transferred over without fault  :) No Translation app/extension available as of yet that I can find though everything else seems to be functioning well, AdGuard also working fine in the new browser 8)

This works. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-translate/aapbdbdomjkkjkaonfhkkikfgjllcleb
I have several Chrome extensions added. :)
