I actually don't actually see anything in that list that I actually need and some I certainly wouldn't want 'Preview' being one example.  I feel this could be used as a web beacon to confirm receipt.

#5: Import/Export Wizard
I'm not sure this what I have been hoping for, as it appears to be about importing/exporting from/to another email program.
What I'm looking for is a way to easily backup Thunderbird, all of your emails, profile settings, etc. to external disc/USB, etc. in the event of a computer problem, where you aren't able to access the computer to Import/Export.

Another handy tip, I knew about Ctrl key and + or - keys, but not the Ctrl key and scroll wheel.
