Export Your Firefox Bookmarks....
Firefox is a great browser 'n all, but if you've been looking for a way to create a manual backup of your bookmarks or - *gasp* - try a different browser on for size, exporting your 'marks might not be the most obvious of processes. You can go up to the File menu to import bookmarks, but Export is nowhere to be seen... unless you open the Bookmarks Manager from the Bookmarks menu. That manager is where the File > Export command lives (Mac users: simply make sure that Manager window is front-most when checking the File menu), allowing you to save your bookmarks for backing up, sharing or porting to another browser.

Cure your Internet ADD----Have you got a bad case of Internet ADD? You sit in front of your computer and have trouble getting work done for all the distractions that come with online life; IMs, tons of tabs, new email, Twitter and Facebook dragging down your productivity? You're not alone.
ZenHabits lays out 8 awesome strategies to reduce your Internet ADD and start getting things done. By setting a few rules for yourself and sticking to them -- such as no Twitter at work, setting an "offline hour", keeping a browsing schedule and installing the Page Addict Firefox extension -- you can take back some of that productive time that your online life took away. http://zenhabits.net/2007/06/8-practical-tips-to-cure-your-internet-add-attention-deficit-disorder/

DO NOT INSTALL ICONIX LOOK AT ATTACHMENT :(
CLICK TO ENLARGE ::)

As already mentioned, the problem isn't with the program itself but with a
false positive in HijackThis.
The problem has been resolved and it is now listed as a SAFE item.
You'll find this correction at the following link on the HJT Forum:

Iconix hasn't changed and never had a problem.

It's nice to see that HJT made a quick fix to their detection and has marked it
as a SAFE program.  :)
