I don't know if this is old news but...

Another way would be to simply run the Disk Cleanup tool, click on Clean up system files, press OK(twice) and then put a tick next to Service Pack backup files and click OK again.

Bob, OpenDNS made my browsing slower... maybe problem on resolving DNS names fast...
For Adult Site Blocking, consider http://k9webprotection.net 8)

Great recommendation!

Thanks for the recommendation.
Never had any problems with OpenDNS and since I don't go to or use Adult Sites,
I don't need anything to block them.  :)

opendns is pretty fast in my opinion.  In fact, I've never used anything faster.

Just me though.  Everyone has their own opinion.

I guess now that OpenDNS is getting bigger and used by so many people its service could be degrading a bit by now, but I'm sticking with it.  I love the customization that's available.

Bob, scythe944, I see you both are on US but Tech is far from you, this distance will affect affect which DNS works faster in each location

Omid, OpenDNS has a much smaller database than K9. So, not only the speed, but the "detection" and classification among the categories is better on K9.

Thanks for that. But after all, Using DNS for blocking Domain is only useful in Limited environment, because it can be bypassed very easily by just using a SOCKS4 or 5 Proxy

I guess that's where the layered security approach kicks in...

Internet > Router with OpenDNS > Untangle Box > Sonicwall > etc. etc. etc.

Eventually, you pretty much block everything.
