how can i stop the service- because my computer went dead? want to stop payments

please help me i wrote e mail' but didnt get any answer.
if you can disconnect me, it will be great/
if not, please guide me step by step' what should i do,
and how can i get confirmation, that my wish as been done.
and that i wont be charged for not getting any service in return.
