After checking my bank account a payment of £29.99 has been taken, can anyone tell me why?. I have always used the free avast, the bank are now telling me that you have my card details, how is that?
Thank you

Nexway can only have your card details if you gave it them.
£29.99 is the price of avast pro.
Looks like you (or someone in your household) has take a subscription on avast pro.
For more information contact Nexway or avast.

Well fact is that someone gave them the details and normally that is the owner.
It does happen that someone in the household gives them and that (s)he did not tell or forgot to tell the owner.

Phone will likely not work as it is a third party that only handles certain things for avast and questions about billing is not one of them.
You need to submit a ticket >

well what a result, money refunded within 3 working days, no contract was purchased by myself or anyone else in the household, no card details have been given and they can't understand it at all. Happy days!!
