Hi , sorry if this is the wrong posting area for this, seems as many others have had, money has been taken on auto renew which i didn't want. I've been looking how to request a refund but as of yet can't find how to raise a refund ticket, if possible could someone explain how i do this ? thank you in advance for any help offered
