SecureLine wants me to reinstate

Hi, I have just reinstalled windows 8.1 on my laptop, I had AVAST Premier & SecureLine installed on my old system,
after reinstall I had no problems with transfering my AVAST Premier licence over but SecureLine first came up with "technical issues" so I uninstalled it then reinstalled, I received a new License.avastlic from AVAST & tried to insert it but this is what I got "you subscription has been cancelled, reinstate now"
when I click on reinstate they ask for more money but my subscription does not expire until February 2018. Can anybody help with this please.

Please open a support ticket here:  https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=3

Support should be able to issue you a new license file in order to get you up and running again.

Once you open the support ticket please post the number here and I will make sure it is escalated and receives immediate attention.
