Files in the Chest
« on: February 19, 2006, 11:24:43 PM »
I see some bad files in the Chest and I see some interesting files in the Chest under the System catagory (Kernel32.dll, winsock.dll and wsock.dll.) What options do I have to choose from to deal with these files?  I don't understand why Kernel and Winsock are in there, but I must have elected them to visit the Chest and they both have been regenerated in my system folder.

Just learning how to use this very nice program.

Thanks
Michael

They are copies of important 'System Files' (note the location) to provide a backup in case the originals are infected and aren't in the Infected Files section, where viruses are stored.
