Avast anti spam for exchange
« on: December 12, 2016, 09:29:42 AM »
I am seeing people within our establishment marked as possible Spam in the email header, if I try to add the email address and then close the whitelist when I reopen the email address is not saved, I have tried adding the domain name, same result, I have seen other posts for this error does anyone have a work around?

Regards

Are you white-listing through the console ?

Eddy is correct here, If you are using the client tied to the console (Either Avast Enterprise Admin, or Avast Small Office Admin) then the settings must be made in the console. Otherwise any changes on the client will be overwritten by the console on next refresh cycle.

If you can provide detail on which console you are using, we can provide more details on how to whitelist in that console.
