Unable to load the cloud console

Hello everyone  :)

I am having an issue with the website. It fails to load after login, it is stuck in the black screen with the Avast logo and a spinning yellow circle.

I have tried different browsers (FireFox, Chrome) I have used their incognito modes to see if it was an issue with a cookie. I have tried two different computers (one with Linux the other with Windows 10), even different networks (two different ISPs) and it is the same. Black screen with spinning yellow circle.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have been trying to login since yesterday.

I got it working. It turned out that I had previously used both browsers on both computers to login, and since there was an update I had to clear caché. The solution was proposed by someone else under the update to version 2.16 post. All credits to the authors on this post:

Yes! I am sorry. It was an error on my part, I didn't clear caché on the computers.

I updated the original post. I am sorry about the post, I hope it helps someone with the same issue to get it fixed.
