CCleaner has found Avast activex registry error and could not remove the error

Hello,

I am using Avast 11.2.2262 free edition and CCleaner (free) has found registry errors of Avast activex components (image attached).

How can I remove those errors ?

NG has been removed from avast.
Perform a clean installation of the latest version
