So, I have sent multiple tickets to get a refund and all have been closed saying they cannot locate my email or order ID number provided. All of which were accurate, it is pretty frustrating, I've followed all instructions provided but to no avail. This is my latest ticket #649959, if that helps any. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a problem with the engine that checks the orders :( sorry about that!
I've just issued your refund. It should appear in your Paypal account within 3 business days.

When did you submit this ticket ?
Given the time of year it might take a little longer than normal.

I meant that the OP kept receiving an automatic message stating that he didn't have any valid subscription even though the order ID he provided was correct.
I'll ask someone to take care of your ticket :)
