Refund & some questions
« on: January 01, 2017, 10:44:48 AM »
Hi, I would like to ask some questions please:

1/ why has my paypal been debited $49.99 (AUD) by Nexway when I have not ordered anything or extended my licence?
2/ why if you are debiting me $49.99 don't you do the courtesy of letting me know you have done this - my only notification was from paypal?
3/ why can't I delete the auto renewal in my licence (to avoid this happening again) and why do you have this anyway (and please don't mention my convenience)?
4/ why is there not a simple contact e-mail to air complaints?

I would like this licence cancelled and my 49.99 refunded ASAP please

thanks

Please (re)search before posting.
Things you are asking are already answered many times.

1] Likely it is a auto-renewal that took place
2] avast sends you 3 emails before it takes place
3] No clue why you can't disable it, but everyone else can
4] There is a way to contact avast by mail, it is called a ticket

Note:
It really is a very bad idea to mention your email on a (public) webboard.
Spammers and other bad guys will harvest it and (ab)use it.
