[2283] Amoeba animation stuck in weird cycle

It goes from amoeba into circle and then just pops back into circle directly without backwards transition from amoeba into circle. It does this transition instantly. And it keeps on doing this even though nothing is getting scanned (I've checked the Pi statistics page and nothing was getting scanned there).

Almost same issue here except its not doing it when not scanning anything.

I've added a video recording to the original post for better idea what's wrong with the amoeba. It's not transitioning smoothly from amoeba into sphere and back into amoeba. It's skipping one part of animation and it becomes really annoying, distracting looking thing when it's broken. But when it's transitioning smoothly, it's the best looking thing ever.

I see this on my machine, too. It sometimes work, sometimes not.

I feel this happens when doing something heavy (HDD, CPU or whatever), but not sure.

Amoeba is still going in spasm mode in build 2283. I have no idea why and it's so annoying that I was forced to disable animation entirely. Something so pretty ruined by some retarded glitch...
