Cant install the Avast browser plugins

When i first downloaded Avast it installed the browser plugins, which i have since deleted.

I now want to get them back so i opened avast, and went to Tool and tried to activate it, but nothing happened. Any ideas ? Does it have to be manually downloaded from the browsers app / extension store ?
