Refund

I bought the software cleanup and I have been wanting a refund for several days no. Avast has given me no response whatsoever, and it seems to be easier to get help through here. I am getting pissed off because I really need the money back. My order number is 10483695606

That seems to me a very recent ticket.
Have some patience.
avast is handling tickets within 1-5 business days (depending on how busy it is, if there are holidays etc)

ahh okay. Im worried that it wont be able to get my refund in time. But if its within those times, I think itll be okay.

The ticket system works by entrance order. Please, do not open a second ticket, as it will put your issue to the end of the list (FIFO).

Provided you submitted your refund request before the 30 day period it will be processed. It isn't dependant on when avast complete the refund process, but when you submit the request.
