Free Avast Trail Stopped Working on MacBook Pro

Hi, been using Avast free trial. Started Mac today and it said Not Protected. Says, communication with Avast software failed! Can you tell me the best way to completely uninstall? There is no Avast in the Menu Bar! Thank you, Greg

Hello! Avast for Mac is not a trial, it is completely free! I suggest you re download the installer here: https://www.avast.com/mac


Run the removal tool if necessary then reinstall and let us know if its working.
