An unexpected error?
« on: October 16, 2016, 04:17:45 PM »
Can't log in and when I try to scan, it says: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper? anyone tried something similar? I've tried restarting and I have no other AV programs than windows defender on my computer

PC, Avast Premier. I can log in on the website, but the one on my computer is screwed up. Says I'm not protected and when I try to start it or press solve all, nothing happens.

Since we aren't in front of your computer, you'll need to be more specific.
What Operating System, which version. Which version of Avast.
The more info you supply, the more likely your problem will get resolved. :)

I'm having the exact same problem too.  Avast Internet security icon in the system tray says 'you are unprotected'.  When I open the app and try to login it comes up with an error saying 'Unexpected error'.  When i login to the website, it's fine.  I paid for a two year license and it doesn't work.  Any idea how to get a refund.

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
