No CharleyO my friend... he put those commas with purpose (to fool those bots collecting e-mail addresses). Spot the difference in e-mail addresses he wrote up there:

1.) jooooo@hotmail,com       - (invalid)
2.) joooo@hotmail,com         - (valid)

One "O" too many inside the first address... second one realy looks more like his nickname in this forum.
