[2283] "Help" opened from Behavior Shield not working correctly

Help does not function properly when opened via Behavior Shield page.
Again pretty small issue but reporting nevertheless :)

Actually it seems Help is not working at all. Choosing something from the yellow menu starts the same glitch.
