Why is Clean -Up recommending tweaks that can't be done?!

CleanUp recommends I allow multiple T S sessions.
Windows 7 can't be configured as Terminal Server.
If this is an example, I wont be paying money for it.

CleanUp only works if you have a license for it, otherwise it only shows things.
